New FLI NET™ partner law firm from Finland joins FLI.
FLI is invited by US multinational client based in Santa Clara, California to attend the annual All-Hands, Silicon Valley Association of General Counsel meeting. During the meeting, FLI enters into preliminary discussions with an IT company based in SF to jointly develop a complementary suit of software applications to bolster FLI Webtool tracking data base of work-in-progress functions.
FLI is invited by a couple US multinational clients on a tour of Asia Pacific to introduce its FLI NET™ Asia Pacific partner firms (China, South Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, Singapore and HK) for the purpose of providing comprehensive regional HR and labor support to its local Asian business operations. FLI Assistant GC enables General Counsel and Corporate Counsel to fully or partially outsource its cross-border requirements to FLI, thus enabling in-house counsel to focus on other more meaningful corporate initiatives.

Following Intel's presentation, FLI NET™ partners travelled to FLI European HQ in Brussels, FLI to attend FLI's annual summit meeting and social event. The event took place at the Belga Queen, the city's famous hotspot for Belgian cuisine. During the summit meeting, FLI NET™ used the opportunity to be filmed jointly delivering a detailed presentation for the GC of Multinational companies on corporate reorganization. Considering the current business down cycle and the outlook of the economy, FLI's presentation is very timely as there a number of blue chip and Fortune Companies currently undergoing reorganization of their European and Asian operations or are considering it. Seven of FLI NET™ European partner law firms (UK, France, Germany, Italy, Israel, Spain and the Netherlands) presented several different fact patterns to Intel's GC and corporate counsel responsible for EMEA. FLI also introduced Intel to FLI Webtool, FLI's proprietary database which allows clients to track FLI's work-in-progress and costs real time. Through FLI Webtool, FLI successfully harness the technological power of software designed by FLI specifically for multinational companies with cross-border projects. The event took place at Intel's European HQ, Swindon, UK.

FLI is invited by Intel to present to its corporate counsel at its European HQ in Swindon. FLI developed a series of fact-patters touching on relevant IT-related matters, as well as, other legal subjects of interest to the mega semiconductor company.
FLI successfully advised an Israeli Multinational company on a proprietary process license agreement from a Dutch company to market its organic products worldwide through an exclusive Dutch distributor.
FLI successfully assisted a US Multinational client to set up local infrastructure in Finland and negotiated the engagement terms of the local company's director.

FLI successfully advises local Belgian company, group company of UK conglomerate in the semiconductor Fab construction industry over a major dispute with client and client's general contractor involving a mechanical and electric contract piping contract leading to an amicable settlement.

FLI enabled a US Multinational client's UK subsidiary to set up significant infrastructure in Morocco to provide local support to a top-rated worldwide telecommunications service provider to deliver services to a governmental entity.
FLI successfully assisted a US Multinational client to acquire a local company in Korea and subsequently completed its merger with a complementary local Korean company to solidify its market share.
FLI successfully averted litigation between a US Multinational client's Swiss subsidiary and a local supplier following a contractual dispute which resulted in a favorable settlement for the US client.
