FLI is invited by Intel to present to its corporate counsel at its European HQ in Swindon. FLI developed a series of fact-patters touching on relevant IT-related matters, as well as, other legal subjects of interest to the mega semiconductor company.
FLI successfully advised an Israeli Multinational company on a proprietary process license agreement from a Dutch company to market its organic products worldwide through an exclusive Dutch distributor.
FLI successfully assisted a US Multinational client to set up local infrastructure in Finland and negotiated the engagement terms of the local company's director.
