FLI NET™ Partner in Germany is asked to join FLI to represent an international client in litigation in Germany for millions of Euros involving a breach of contract dispute due to delivery of non-confirming goods outside the EU.

FLI is retained by US multinational defense company to identify and negotiate entry strategy into the EU market. FLI is asked to short-list FLI NET™ Partners whose European jurisdictions are most likely to provide needed infrastructure for client to set up its European Headquarters.
