SKWWs Partner, Matthias Druba, has recently celebrated an amazing victory against the German Historical Museum for custody of at least 4,200 rare art posters that were confiscated by Nazis during the World War II, worth an estimated USD 6 million, bringing justice 60 years later to a Jewish holocaust survivor.

Studio Legale Mondini Rusconi has reached a number of approximately 30 lawyers of whom 10 are partners!
In the course of 2008 the firm has created a German Desk formed by avv. Paolo Mondini, an Assistant Professor of corporate law with German background who has been a Visiting Professor at the German Universities of Bielefeld and Heidelberg and by a German lawyer (Erna Fütö) who is completing her doctor’s degree at Heidelberg University.
In order to assist a growing number of French speaking clients, Mondini Rusconi has welcomed a new partner to its team. Elena Granatello is now responsible for providing legal support to French speaking clients.
FLI NET Netherlands - VAN DIEPEN VAN DER KROEF
Van Diepen Van der Kroef Attorneys, has been recently engaged in an extraordinary case to commence legal proceedings in the Netherlands on behalf of the 6,000 surviving relatives against the State of the Netherlands and the United Nations. What is known as the Srebrenica Case is the first act of genocide in Europe since the Second World War that depicts a tragic mass murder of some 8,000 men in the commune of Srebrenica. A team of 14 attorneys in the Netherlands and Bosnia-Herzegovina has been working on this case, together with a group of advisors.
