FLI HQ is requested by Austrian client in the health care industry to manage litigation in Hungary, Germany, UK, Norway, and the US derived from a breach of a distributor agreement caused by the actions of the manufacturer.
Local litigation support from our FLI NET partners in these jurisdictions would be required.
