FLI successfully concludes a beauty parade and is awarded the contract to act as local counsel for an US Fortune Company in the alternative energy industry in a 50M Euros Greenfield M&A opportunity in the Czech Republic. After throughout research in several EU countries, FLI’s client opted for the Czech Republic for a number of reasons including a series of attractive investment incentives and well-developed infrastructure.
FLI NET Czech Partners are providing local support in this project expected to take a couple of years.
