FLI is engaged by US Technology Company to set up and incorporate its first Subsidiary in Japan. In addition to fulfilling these legal requirements, through FLI's Assistant GC ™ FLI was also able to fully implement a back-office, admin support function to enable client to benefit from local domiciliation, resident representative director, registered office, and other back-office services.
FLI advises Middle Eastern multinational client on a complex acquisition of a sizeable number agricultural aircraft for several million euros from an EU country to be used in North Africa. Negotiations involved the key officials from the supervisory Board of the manufacturing EU country as well the client counterparts.
Following due diligence, FLI presents its findings to Italian Ministry regarding how to proceed with highly complex stalemate litigation worth € 120m involving the possibility of international arbitration under a bilateral Convention signed between Italy and the country of dispute.
