Achievements:

• Dr. Martin Preslmayr became a partner of Preslmayr Attorneys at Law in November 1996. He was a University Assistant at the department of Private and International Law at the University of Vienna (1989-1991) and after his return from his post graduate studies in England he took on a position as a lecturer at a private law school in Vienna (1993-1996) in addition to his work in the law firm. He is a regular and well-known speaker at national and international law seminars and law conferences and is the author of various legal publications, including a handbook on Product Liability Law. Martin Preslmayr has been successfully advising primarily large and medium sized businesses both from Austria and around the world.
