FLI is asked by top US Steel Company to host a meeting in Spain to discuss and agree on policy issues of strategic importance for their European market operations.  FLI is subsequently asked to continue to monitor EU- developments.

On occasion of FLI NET German Partners much awaited client gathering, FPS hosted its annual gala reception at the colorful and happening Berlin’s Umspannwerk Kreuzberg on October 13th. 

FPS Berlin’s Managing Partner welcomed the 400 guests in attendance and thanked them for their loyal, long standing vote of confidence.  Mr. Druba acknowledged the presence of Mr. Casares, Principal of FLI, for enabling FPS with the global platform, the FLI Network, which recently resulted in a very successful and profitable engagement of FPS’ Dusseldorf office in a complex acquisition by a foreign investor from Asia of an alternative energy company.

For the occasion, FLI was invited to do a presentation in the early afternoon for FPS’ partners from the Frankfurt, Hamburg and Dusseldorf offices where Mr. Casares discussed recent exciting developments throughout the Network.

FLI NET Spain - Maniega & Soler - hosted a gala reception in Madrid on October 7th.

The reception welcomed a number of important clients as well as various FLI NET Partners from following countries:

• Albania
• Belarus
• Bulgaria
• Czech Republic
• Hungary
• Switzerland

During the reception FLI NET partners took the opportunity to discuss a number of ongoing intra-FLI NET business initiatives, FLI's marketing efforts in emerging economies, as well as various agenda points of the upcoming FLI NET Conference in Barcelona, November 19th - 21st.
