FLI HQ requested litigation support in various EU and US jurisdictions

Monday, 10 August, 2009 FLI HQ is requested by Austrian client in the health care industry to manage litigation in Hungary, Germany, UK, Norway, and the US derived from a breach of a distributor agreement caused by the actions of the manufacturer.
Local litigation support from our FLI NET partners in these jurisdictions would be required.
